how long is reasonable?

so i have this roommate chai pa... and her personality is like khun arin from soot sanae ha.... which is funny and adorable in tv but can make her very hard to live with.
anyway.... she never really does her dishes and leave them over for weeks at a time. it got to the point where there are no cups or glasses to use. no more forks or knives. so i have to start putting 1 clean fork, 1 clean spoon and 1 clean cup in my room so that she doesn't use the clean one and i end up having to wash her crap.
the worst part about it is that she doesn't throw out her food. she leaves them on the plate for days at a time and let them smell in the room. Then after about 4 days or so, she'll scrap her dishes and leave the food all in a bag where she doesn't take out to the trash. the kitchen is dirty, makes it hard for me to cook and do my own dishes. i talked to her about it... i waited a while to talk because it's finals week so i understand...(although the dishes had been a problem for a while now) ... she said she'll do them tomorrow (which was yesterday)
anywho, i do my dishes as i cook... and when i'm done eating, i usually clean them right after. i'm not expecting her to follow my cleaning habbits (i've become cleaner because she had gotten dirtier so she can't criticize me)... but how long is a good reasonable amount of time to leave your dirty dishes?
